Musings on planets for Camille Razat by Baz Luhrmann at Miu Mi

“I’ve never seen anything like it.” In case you were wondering, the “Moonlight in Paris” event was a party to celebrate the launch of Miu Miu’s first fragrance, due out in September. The scent was developed by perfumer Daniela Andrier and comes in a bottle designed by Marc Newson.

Razat, who grew up in the suburb of Villejuif outside Paris, said she was “super happy” to be able to shoot in the French capital. “I love this city with all my heart, so it’s a dream come true to work here,” she said.

Ferragni also found time to attend the Dior show on Tuesday, where she ran into her friend Luhrmann. “I was telling Baz how much I loved the collection, how it was very couture-like but still wearable and how excited I was about wearing one of the looks tonight,” she said of their conversation. Ferragni did just that, donning a black embroidered tulle gown with puff sleeves from the collection for the gala.
