- Do not post any content that: contains offensive, threatening or pornographic style; or incites violence or includes nudity or includes images of unjustified violence.
- Not to develop or operate any third party application that contains content related to alcohol, dating, or adult products (including advertising).
- Not to use Amwaly to do anything illegal, misleading, harmful or discriminatory.
- Not to do anything that could disable, slow down or impair the proper functioning or appearance of Amwaly, such as a denial of service attack, interference with page rendering or other functionality of Amwaly.

The content, organization, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital dialogue and all other matters relating to the Site (if any) are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights laws (including without limitation intellectual property laws). Any copying, distribution or publication by you of any of the above to any part of the Website, except as permitted by Section IV below, is prohibited. You do not own any ownership rights to any content, document or material displayed on the Website, and the posting of information or material through the Website shall not constitute a waiver of the Website's rights to any right in such information or material.

Amwaly provides an optional monetization system for certain eligible private blogs based on Google Ad Manager reports and revenue, referred to in this policy as the GAM System.
This system operates separately from the platform’s internal article earnings system. The display of GAM earnings or statistics does not mean that the user owns an independent Google Ad Manager account or has a direct contractual relationship with Google.
The GAM System is not automatically enabled for all private blogs. Amwaly may determine eligibility based on the blog’s approval and active status, content quality, compliance with platform and Google policies, traffic quality, successful domain mapping, absence of violations, and availability of suitable advertising demand.
Amwaly may activate GAM manually or automatically for eligible blogs. The platform may reject, delay, suspend, or terminate activation for operational, legal, technical, advertising-policy, or traffic-quality reasons.
GAM earnings begin from the activation date assigned to the private blog. Earnings are not calculated retroactively for periods before that date unless Amwaly approves otherwise after reviewing the relevant data.
When GAM is deactivated or the blog returns to the internal earnings system:
Daily and current-period figures displayed in the user dashboard are non-final estimates based on data synchronized from Google Ad Manager and Amwaly’s local systems.
These figures may change due to delayed Google reports, invalid traffic detection, later Google adjustments, report currency or timezone differences, corrected site mappings, or monthly reconciliation.
Estimated earnings do not constitute a payable debt or withdrawable balance. They become payable only after monthly reconciliation, final review, and payment approval.
The platform displays two separate categories of statistics:
An internal page visit does not necessarily generate an ad impression or revenue. Any rate calculated using internal visits must not be treated as Google’s advertising eCPM.
Amwaly deducts a platform share in exchange for management, operation, reporting integration, synchronization, traffic protection, support, and settlement processing.
The applicable percentage may be a global rate, a private-blog-specific rate, or a rate that changes according to the effective date.
Each period is calculated using the rate recorded for that period. A later rate change does not modify previously paid settlements unless a documented financial error requires correction.
Publisher net revenue is the remaining amount after final reconciliation, the platform share, and any approved adjustments have been applied.
After the end of each month, Amwaly reconciles estimated revenue against Google’s approved final total and allocates the final amount among eligible private blogs according to their recorded contribution.
The settlement process generally includes:
The configured settlement day indicates when preparation or review may begin. It does not guarantee that payment will be credited on that exact day.
Estimated revenue is not paid automatically. Wallet credit remains subject to final reconciliation, review, and approval.
After a successful payment, the amount is recorded in the user’s wallet as a GAM settlement transaction, together with the relevant transaction details for auditing and review.
Users may receive points based on their GAM publisher net revenue according to the active platform settings at settlement time.
Referral earnings are calculated only when the referral system is enabled, the referrer is eligible under their active plan, the referral relationship is valid, and the related settlement has been successfully approved and paid.
Estimated points and referral earnings are not final before settlement approval.
Users must not perform, request, encourage, purchase, or facilitate any activity that artificially increases visits, impressions, clicks, or advertising revenue.
Prohibited activity includes:
Google defines invalid traffic as activity that may artificially increase advertiser costs or publisher earnings. Invalid traffic may result in restricted or disabled ad serving and may cause finalized earnings to differ from estimates. See Google Ad Manager’s Invalid Traffic Policy.
Users must also comply with the Google Publisher Policies. Non-compliance may result in ads being blocked, monetization being restricted, or the relevant account or property being suspended.
Google may revise data for a month that has already been calculated or paid. In such cases:
Amwaly may suspend GAM for a private blog or an entire account due to policy violations, invalid or suspicious activity, unverifiable traffic sources, incorrect site mapping, copyright infringement, stolen content, earnings manipulation, blog suspension, or technical, legal, or operational requirements.
Suspension does not automatically delete valid historical settlements. However, unpaid amounts may be placed on hold until the review is completed.
Amwaly does not guarantee:
Revenue may vary according to visitor country, content, traffic quality, advertising demand, season, device type, advertiser policies, and other factors outside Amwaly’s control.
Users remain fully responsible for the content they publish and for obtaining the necessary rights to use all text, images, media, trademarks, and other materials.
Users are also responsible for identifying and paying any taxes, duties, or legal charges applicable to their earnings under the laws of their country, unless applicable law or a separate agreement states otherwise.
Google’s final reports and Amwaly’s synchronization, settlement, audit, and financial transaction records are the primary references when reviewing GAM earnings.
Users may contact support to dispute a settlement or transaction by identifying the relevant private blog, month, and transaction. This does not include objections to confirmed Google final-report adjustments or verified invalid traffic deductions.
Amwaly may amend this policy, platform percentages, eligibility requirements, reporting methods, or settlement procedures when necessary.
Previously paid settlements will not be changed except through a documented financial correction. Continued use of the GAM System after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the amended policy unless applicable law requires separate consent.
By continuing to use a private blog after GAM has been activated, the user confirms that they have read and accepted this policy and understand that daily statistics are estimates and that earnings become payable only after final reconciliation, review, and approval.
We reserve the right to refuse this type of ads on Amwaly with a full refund.
If it is reported that the advertiser has violated the rules described above or described in detail in the terms and conditions of service, this will lead to the closure of their account and the suspension of all their advertisements.
